Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Product Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete items do not qualify.
Non-returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable”
Customized or personalized products
Limited-time promotions marked as final sale
If the item has quality issues, we will take responsibility.
How to Request
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and a brief description. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please mark the RMA code clearly on the package.
Shipping Costs
For product defects or wrong items, we cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
For non-quality reasons (e.g. personal preference), return shipping is your responsibility. Use a trackable method for safety.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may take 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges will be shipped once your return is received. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest alternatives.
